Packers filled their open practice squad spot with LB Kristian Welch.Former CWC, Iola and Iowa player. Every WI kids dream has come true for him. His Uncle Todd was a teammate of mine, went to church with his dad's family growing up.

That's the perfect way to describe this season, "growing pains", and that's totally ok. It's going to be fun to see the transition to a new era in GB.
