Packers 2025-26 Season Thread

I am putting everyone on notice, my patience with ML and his staff, and mostly the front office, is wearing thin. Correct the damn mistakes, OT who gets beat because of technique multiple times... DB who gets blown off the ball with worse habits than HS kids, and last but not least... You bitch at Kraft for ball security and then run ball security drills with your WR???

Hey! Genius coaching staff, they have to catch the damn ball first. Stop coddling them. Let Hobbs light their ass up.

Well Ed Policy seems to have put both Gute and ML on notice she he said he's not going to give them a new contract right now and they have to earn it. So make or break it year for both. Packers have a let down season I can see Policy fire both of them and hire new GM and HC of his choosing.

God help us. It’s going to happen eventually but not excited for it

There was video, he looked pretty fast still. Also I would not go cutting or trading some of these guys because injuries are going to happen and they’re going to need these guys at some point. We finished the season with Malik Heath as our number 1 WR. I’m happy to keep Watson around this year and see what happens.
he's definitely not a guy who runs the full route tree, but he should have some value if we have injuries. i don't think he's a starter. but i can imagine plays where he and golden are both out there. a lot of defenses going to have trouble covering them both deep, and if they do manage to cover them, that leaves kraft or someone else wide open. but mark is right that eventually these injuries will take their toll on his ability to get open.

Fot me it's too early to give up on Watson, but I agree with Mark that the injuries will take their toll long term. That's why I would not sign him to a long-term deal. Offer him more of a 2yr prove-it deal next spring and if someone else wants to throw a pile of money his way, just wave goodbye. For this year, let him start out on PUP and it's likely injuries will figure out what happens in 6-8 weeks.

He had the lowest drop percentage on the team last year, by a pretty good margin. His drops have been pretty high profile though, which I think changes the perception. Long bombs etc.
Someday, I may find a group where I drink the least beer. That doesn't change my impact

Remember, we also have a best Packers Offensive Lineman.
