Chico on the other hand is a lot more laid back, and was still a place where a lot of people left their keys in their car while shopping.

when i was an appraiser back in the 90s, i got sent on a couple jobs in chino. could not get out of there fast enough.

There's a men's prison as well. A town filled with people who work for the prison system, work in conjunction with them, and people who have friends or relatives inside. It can be a strange mix of people.

So much not known. Hawk did a great stone-face. I do agree with him. He doesn't want to know what Rodgers is going to do. He doesn't want to be viewed as a "source" for inside information. That's wise.
 
I don't think in my opinion we learn much until camp at the end of July, I do think Aaron plays in GB this season but I won't be surprised if he walks into camp about halfway through.... it's too late for "not going to be a distraction" regardless of timing.

I also think that timing would be a blessing for GB and Love, he needs those practice and game reps.... don't give me "it's just preseason" BS either no matter the sport the more reps you get the better you become.

He'll play...mostly disgruntled but he'll play. Now next offseason predraft everything is on the table in terms of trades etc.

This seems like the most logical thing that could happen. I don't see Rodgers dumping the kind of money he can make by showing up. I also agree that it will be mid-camp. That would set him behind, and actually give Love some time to become adjusted to being with the starters.

After Rodgers shows up, how much time will it take to get him "game ready." Only 3 weeks of preseason this year, so not as much of a body of work for the players. As far as how well he plays, I don't see him going out of his way to be special. I see him ending up being more concerned about getting the ball out fast, and avoiding hits. He's not going to leave, at the end us this coming year, with a serious injury.

This whole thing is playing out like; "Like sand through an hour glass, so are the days of our lives."

In the meantime, I'm gonna drink my tequila, Jack, and an occasional cognac, and wait to see what plays out in a couple of months.
